Maibock is the Bavarians' strong, golden lager favoured during the brief transition between the severe winters along the northern edge of the Alps, when people hunker down indoors, and the hot summers, when people flock to the beer gardens. Maibock is less malty than a traditional bock - a clear lager, deep gold in color, with a large, creamy, persistent white head.

Chapter’s annual Maibock Beer Festival celebrates this time of year with a selection of over 30 different German beers and a huge assortment of Belgian beer. Whatever your taste – you’re sure to find something to tickle your fancy!
