This new monthly event features unique collaborations between writers and musicians. A revolving cast of established and up-andcoming artists perform new work based around a particular theme. In Chapters has evolved out of the successful Laugharne Weekend festival in west Wales. The festival’s literary director John Williams (The Cardiff Trilogy) and musical curator Richard James (Gorkys Zygotic Mynci) together with Heddwyn Davies (The Threatmantics), decided to bring the collaborative spirit of Laugharne to Cardiff. The first month’s theme is ‘trains’ and features collaborations between an assortment of special guests.
