Chapter Gallery is delighted to host an evening of music and performance to celebrate the launch of the publication Depressing Comics - The Complete Collection.

In December 1999 two young men, Ferris Blood and Llyr Williams, met for the first time in a cellar in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Two years later in Hackney, London, they started work on Depressing Comics, a collection of short stories and drawings. Each issue was accompanied by a CD of various unsigned bands and performers.

Depressing Comics - The Complete Collection is the result of this on-going collaboration between the two artists and combines all previous issues of the Depressing Comics series in one publication.

There will be live music from Bib and The Bronsteins, two regular contributors to the Depressing Comics CDs that accompanied each issue and there will also be a performance by Bedwyr Williams, guest artist on the comics and vinyl 45s.
