Everything fresh, everything homemade, everything seasonal. Something quick or something to linger over, our café caters for all tastes and times and at very reasonable prices.
As we steam ahead into summer, I’ve decided to take roast dinners off the menu for a little while (no need to worry, they will return in the autumn!). Alongside the usual favourites, I’m introducing some lovely salads utilising what is fresh at the moment. We have a great marinated feta, beetroot, spinach and mint salad; the classic Nicoise; and our very own Chapter ploughman’s (with a choice of Welsh cheddar, award winning Caws Cenarth organic Welsh blue cheese, home cooked ham or griddled aubergine, artichoke hearts and olives), served with sourdough bread, homemade onion chutney, salad and a handful of Welsh Real crisps. We’ll also be tantalising your tastebuds with sea bass en papillote (sea bass baked in parchment with potato, tomato and onion).

Chapter Café supports Fairtrade - all our hot drinks are Fairtrade, so you can sup your cappuccino or savour a tasty hot chocolate in the knowledge that the growers of the beans have been paid fairly for their wares.
We pride ourselves in using the best locally sourced, organic ingredients wherever possible to make sure we serve you the best quality food and keep those all-important food miles to a minimum. All of our fresh pasta comes from Wales’ own The Fresh Pasta Company, who also supply their wares via Fortnum and Mason and London’s gourmet foodie haven Borough Market.
Healthy, flavoursome and convenient – who could ask for more?
