Returns
When you receive your goods, please check them immediately. Please let us know about any damage within 3 working days of receipt of your print.
We will arrange for collection and replacement. If this is not possible, you have the option of a full refund or choosing an alternative print.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK’s Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have the right to cancel the purchase for your print(s) within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which your print(s) was/were delivered.
Should you decide that you wish to change your mind, you must notify us of your intent within 7 days of receiving your print(s) and we will refund their cost as soon as we have received them in perfect condition. The refund is for the cost of the print(s) only and does not cover the initial costs of dispatching the print(s) to you. You are responsible for the costs of returning the print(s) to us. You are also responsible for ensuring they are insured adequately as we will not be liable for any damage or loss to the print(s) whilst being returned to us. Please package the print(s) securely and ensure that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that you notify us of your desire to cancel. The return address is:

For your protection, we recommend that you use an insured recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us safely unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Delivery
If you decide that you want your print delivered there is a small charge of £7.50 for addresses within the UK. It’s our responsibility to get the print(s) to you safely and insurance costs are met by us.
The print(s) will be delivered to the address submitted by you during the purchase process on this website.
Once delivered you will be the owner of the print(s) and therefore responsible for any loss or damage.
You should refuse to take delivery of the print(s) if damage is evident on arrival.
If you refuse to take delivery of the print(s) for any reason other than the evident damage, then expenses incurred by us for delivery and return of the print(s) will be deducted from any refund.
International Delivery
Delivery within Europe costs £20 and worldwide delivery is £30. Please contact Elaina Gray at elaina.gray@chapter.org or + 44 (0)29 20311050 about international delivery costs. If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Chapter advises you to contact your local customs office for information.
Chapter shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Validity
By ordering a print(s) you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.
Your undertakings and warranties
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.
Acknowledgement of Order
When you have completed your order you will be sent an e-mail confirmation. It will state what print(s) are on order, the total cost and Post & Package charges, together with delivery and invoice details. If for any reason your order cannot be processed, a member of Chapter staff will contact you to explain the nature of the difficulty.
Our Contract
No contract for the sale of our print(s) will subsist between you and Chapter until the print(s) ordered have been dispatched. We will send a confirmation email when the goods have left Chapter. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Chapter of your offer to buy goods from Chapter Online.
You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.
Data Protection
Chapter will never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes. We will keep a record of your address details with the intention of sending your order.
Payment
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and Chapter will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
