FAQ'S
How do Festival Passes work?
Your Festival Pass gives you access to all ticketed in-person CAF22 events at Chapter. As a passholder, you'll be able to log into your account via Chapter's website and book tickets to any events you'd like to attend, free with your pass. You can do this at any time after buying your pass – but we advise booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as events will sell out!
What if I change my mind after I collect my tickets?
If you can't make it to an event you've collected a ticket for, please return it to Chapter as soon as possible. You can do this by emailing ticketing@chapter.org, calling them on +44 (0)29 2030 4400 or visit their Information Desk in venue to let them know). This means your ticket for that event can be released so another festival-goer can enjoy it.
If you decide you want to go to any events you didn't book tickets for in advance, you can go to Chapter's Box Office and collect a free ticket for that event with your Festival Pass, if there are still tickets left.
What if an event is sold out?
All ticket holders need to be in their seats 5 minutes before the event/screening begins, because if the event is sold out, we will allow pass-holders to take any remaining seats on a first-come-first-served basis.
Can I buy tickets to individual events if I don't want a full pass?
Yes - tickets for individual events are on sale now here.
I'm only coming for a day – can I buy a day pass?
We can't offer day passes, so for those who are only able to attend one or two days of the festival, we recommend purchasing individual tickets for each event you want to attend. These are available here.
How are individual tickets?
We keep our tickets and passes as low-cost as possible to try and make CAF events as accessible as we can. Full-price tickets for individual events will be £6, and concession-price tickets will be £4. There are also free activities you can get involved in throughout the festival.
