The last couple of years have been a challenge for everyone and we’re taking some time to reflect on who we are and what we do so that we can better serve our community. We hope that by talking to our audiences, customers, creative community and neighbours, we can build the organisation to be more relevant, resilient and creative over the next three years.
We’re doing some intensive review and reflection, but we don’t want to do that alone and make assumptions about what our community want or need.
We’d love to hear from everyone, whether you come occasionally, pop in every now and again, never come, or if you’re a regular visitor, it’s really helpful to hear from all perspectives!
We’d love you to help us to shape our future together and we’d like to invite you to our friendly and informal World Café. This will involve having a group chat with us that will take no more than two hours and where your opinions, ideas and feedback will be heard and considered in our forward planning.
The sessions will be held in First Space on our ground floor, on Thursday 26 January 11am-1pm & 2-4pm or on Friday 27 January at 2-4pm & 5-7pm and you can attend any of these sessions.
We’ll provide hot and cold drinks and cakes in the sessions and, as a thank you, will also offer you a free cinema ticket so that you can enjoy a film of your choice here at Chapter.
We hope to shape the future of Chapter in collaboration with you, our community, and we’d really value your contribution to the conversations.
If you’re able to make it, please drop us an email and note which session you wish to attend by emailing Rory.Duckhouse@chapter.org. There’s flat access to the room which is on the first floor that can be accessed by our lift – a member of our team will be on hand at reception and also at the first floor to direct you to the space. If you have any additional access requirements, please let us know in advance.
