Contactless donations – a new way to support Chapter

We are delighted to announce that, with support from Lloyds Bank, we have installed a contactless donations device at our gallery entrance.

The generosity of visitors who tap their card to give £2, £5 or £10 will help support our varied artistic programme, which provides for the people of Cardiff and beyond.

For example, our Gallery programme, which is free to enjoy, relies on charitable donations and grants to support the artists who exhibit in the space.

Elaina Johnson, Director of External Relations at Chapter: “Lloyds Bank has a long standing relationship with Chapter and has provided much support over the years via direct sponsorship of the Film programme, to funding which has benefitted the community garden. We’re delighted that Lloyds are helping us once again, as we aim to raise the profile of Chapter as a charity and the need for us to raise income to support the exciting artistic programme that visitors see when they come into the building”

So when you’re next visiting, whether you pop in for a coffee and a cake, or experience Garth Evans’ latest exhibition But, Hands Have Eyes, why not show your support by making a donation.

Chapter is a registered charity that relies on support from individuals, businesses and charitable trusts. Read about other ways you can help here: chapter.org/support/

If you have any questions please contact our Fundraising Officer, Laura Eastwood: laura.eastwood@chapter.org

Thank you for your support.
