Planning a visit? We've made some changes Posted on 12 Oct 2021

We've made a few changes to ensure your visit with us is even more enjoyable and easy!

You’re no longer required to check in at our reception and we don't need to take your details so you can move freely in the building. We ask you to be mindful of access and safety so please don’t congregate in our corridors or gather in groups. Unless you’re exempt, we still ask you to wear a mask when moving around our building, in the toilets, in our film screenings, exhibitions and theatre performances.

If you’re visiting our café bar, there’s no need to book in advance. When you arrive, make your way in and find an available table. You can order in two ways: follow the simple instructions on your table using the QR code or, order at the counter. Please note that if you’re ordering at the counter, you’ll be asked for a table number so make sure you’ve found a place to sit first. Whichever way you choose to order, a member of our team will bring your food and drink to the table. Please note, we no longer accept table reservations (although, we'll honour any exisiting bookings).

Whilst some of our restrictions have been lifted, we want you to know that your safety and comfort continues to be a priority. Our teams are still following an enhanced cleaning regime, there’s plenty of hand sanitiser throughout the building and we all continue to wear masks to keep you as safe as possible.

Thank you for working with us to ensure that we can protect the many vulnerable people who use our building every day, and to keep our staff safe so that we can continue to bring you the best in art, film, performance, food and drink.

We're looking forward to seeing you soon!
