Enrico Carpanini - Trustee
Enrico believes passionately in the value of the charity sector and previously worked as the legal adviser to Wales Council for Voluntary Action, establishing the Wales Charity Law and Wales Trustee and Governance Conferences amongst other things. Currently he is one of the Senior Legal Advisers at the National Assembly for Wales but was keen to maintain involvement with the charity sector after his move from WCVA. Chapter personifies so much of what is good about the third sector and has long been a cultural beacon in Wales and beyond. Enrico’s interest in film, music and the arts, together with a desire to continue supporting the third sector in some small way, meant that Chapter was the perfect fit.
Enrico has served on the Board for a number of years and continues to find it both a privilege and a pleasure.
Other things of marginal interest include the fact that he has run his own marketing business, gathered a variety of strange qualifications including an MBA, and is a total music nut (including a strange fixation with 70s electric jazz, rock, prog and funk, as well as playing the guitar really badly).
