Performance FAQ

How much are tickets?

Ticket prices differ from show to show and are stated on the event page.

How do I book tickets?

You can book online through this website, in person at Chapter Box Office or over the phone on 029 2030 4400.

What sorts of concession are there?

The concessionary rate applies to students, over 60s, children under 16, unemployed, disabled people, MAX card and Youthcard holders, Equity members, Writers Guild members and Chapter Members and Card holders. Proof of concession will be required.

Do you do any special offers on tickets?

We offer a group discount on most events – purchase 8 tickets and the 9th is free.

Can I reserve a seat?

Our performance spaces have unallocated seating.  If you have a favourite seat or are coming in a large group the best idea is to come nice and early.

Can I amend my booking or get a refund because I have made other plans?

Where appropriate, up to 24 hours before the performance you can call the Box Office and amend your booking to an alternate date, if there is one available.  On the day of performance if you need to change your booking we can try and sell the ticket on for you, but we cannot guarantee that this will be the case and we cannot offer a refund.

I am running late, can I still get in to the performance?

If you arrive late, you should check with the Front of House Manager as we may be unable to admit latecomers to a performance. This is at the discretion of the performers and it may not be possible to admit latecomers due to the nature of the performance or for health and safety reasons. We cannot offer a refund if you are late.

Can I bring food and drink into the performance spaces?

This varies depending on the performance. In general, food and drink (except for bottles of water) are not allowed in performance spaces, however in some instances, usually live music or stand-up comedy performances, drinks may be allowed in plastic glasses. Please ask a member of staff or see notices at the bar for details.

How can I contact lost property?

Lost Property is looked after by our Front of House team. If you think you’ve lost something at Chapter, ask at Box Office or call 029 2031 1050 and ask to speak to the Duty Manager.

I have noticed that some of your seats have plaques, can I still donate buy a Chapter seat?

You can Sponsor a Seat and have it inscribed with the name of your choice, while supporting the work that Chapter does. Visit the Make A Donation page for details.
