In line with Welsh Government legislation, if you’re aged 18+ and coming to see a film or performance, you’ll need to have an up-to-date NHS COVID Pass or proof of a recent negative test. For further information and guidance on how to get your pass, click here.

If you’re coming to watch a film, please book online in advance.

When you book, you'll be sent an e-ticket with a QR code. Please bring this with you on your phone, or print the ticket at home ahead of your visit.

If you're unable to book online, a member of our team can help you at our Information Desk. Please note that contactless payment is encouraged.

Please arrive to the cinema in plenty of time.

We now have self-scanning ticket machines at the entrance to both cinemas. You must scan your ticket at the door.

Find an empty seat (we're no longer allocating seat numbers).

For your comfort and safety, we’ve taken out seats to create more access aisles and we're selling at a reduced capacity. We ask you to be mindful of others and those who may be more vulnerable than you.

You can download our cinema seating plans ahead of your visit (see below). They're also displayed at the entrance to each cinema.

It is mandatory to wear a mask in our cinemas at all times.
