When you book, you'll be sent an e-ticket with a QR code. Please bring this with you on your phone, or print the ticket at home ahead of your visit.
If you're unable to book online, a member of our team can help you at our Information Desk. Please note that we can no longer take cash for cinema tickets so you'll need to use contactless payment.
If you have specific access requirements and need to book a wheelchair space, you’ll need to contact a member of our team. Please phone 029 2031 1050 (if you have trouble getting through, please leave a voicemail and someone will get back to you as soon as possible). Alternatively, you can book in the venue at our Information Desk (to the left of the main entrance). Unfortunately our ticketing system doesn’t currently allow booking online for wheelchair space. We’re working to resolve this, so please check back for updates.
Please do not arrive to the cinema more than 10 minutes before the advertised start time.
We now have self-scanning ticket machines at the entrance to both cinemas. You must scan your ticket at the door.
Your ticket includes the row and number of your allocated seat. It’s really important that you sit in the correct seat in order that we can ensure safe distancing between all of our visitors. For your comfort and safety, we’ve taken out seats to create more access aisles and we’ve masked off rows of seats that are not in use.
It is mandatory to wear a mask in our cinemas at all times.
