To book a table online, visit this link. Our online booking system is managed through Res Diary. You do not need to download an app. We‘ll take your name, email address and contact number. We’ll ask you for the date and time you’d like to book. Please select whether you’re coming for food and/or drink, if you’d like to sit outside or if you require a space with available plug sockets. You’ll receive a confirmation email with details of the booking. For details on our Data Privacy Policy click here.
There is a maximum of 4 people to each booking. If you require a table for more than 4 people within the same household, you’ll need to book over the phone 029 2035 5664 or by email reservation@chapter.org, and bring with you proof of address for all members of the party. All table bookings will be allocated a time slot of 2 hours. We kindly ask if you could turn up no later than fifteen minutes after your allocated start time. If you arrive late, we might not be able to guarantee you the table. We know that sometimes plans change and we ask that if you’re no longer able to attend, you cancel ahead of time so we can offer the space to another customer. You can call our Caffi Bar team on 029 2035 5664 or amend your booking via your confirmation email. Our Sunday lunches tend to be very busy so if you don’t turn up to a pre-booked table, and you didn’t let us know, we’ll have to charge £10pp to cover the loss of income.
In line with Government guidelines, we kindly ask you to book in advance, wherever possible. Although, we’ll do our best to accommodate walk-ups, unfortunately we can’t guarantee availability and advance bookings are highly encouraged.
If you’re unable to book a table online or over the phone, a member of our team will happily book a table for you. However, if you’re booking on the day, we can’t guarantee availability and we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
