Updated: August 2021
We want to make sure our venue is a safe and welcoming place for everyone so, as restrictions ease, we will continue to keep some of our guidance in place to protect you.
In line with Welsh Government guidelines, it is mandatory that you continue to wear a face covering in our public spaces. This includes the gallery, cinemas, theatre and toilets. In our café bar we advise you to wear a mask until you are seated. Please note that exemptions still apply.
In our theatre and cinemas, we will be maintaining 1m social distancing. This means that there will be at least two seats between you and the next person booked if they are not in your bubble. In our gallery visitor numbers will be restricted to a maximum of 10 people.
If you’re planning to watch a film or performance or are looking for a table in our café bar, please continue to book online in advance where possible. This minimises contact with our staff and other customers.
Thank you for working with us to ensure that we can protect the many vulnerable people who use our building every day, and to keep our staff safe so that we can continue to bring you the best in art, film, performance, food and drink.
