Four boys roam free through a neglected rural paradise in Wales during a long hot summer in the 1970s, untroubled by the adult world until a shocking tragedy strikes. Their friendships are pushed to the limit as they realise that although something is lost, there is still much to be treasured. A bittersweet drama shot and set in rural Wales.
‘A movie that stands somewhere between Kes and Stand by Me in its unsentimental child’s-eye-view of tragedy and trauma, friendship and love.’ – VIFF
