It’s Christmas Eve at Mossy Bottom Farm and Shaun's seasonal excitement turns to dismay when a farmhouse raid to get bigger stockings inadvertently leads to Timmy getting lost in the local Christmas market. Shaun’s rescue mission to town goes horribly wrong when a gift box containing Timmy disappears off in a 4x4 driven by Farmer Ben, a local celebrity and influencer. Can Shaun save the day and get Timmy home in time for Christmas? Or has Shaun finally met his match in Farmer Ben’s feisty daughter, Ella? Prepare for an explosive high-wire ending as everyone learns the true value of Christmas!

+Q&A with producers Kelly Lappin and Richard Beek

About Kelly Lappin
Kelly graduated Coventry University in 2007 with a degree in Media Production. She joined Aardman in 2011 on the feature film The Pirates! In an Adventure with Scientists as a very niche role of Production Assistant in the Rapid prototype department. From then she’s progressed up through productions to become Line Producer on Shaun the Sheep: Adventures on Mossy Bottom and most recently Shaun the Sheep: The Flight before Christmas. During the last 10 years Kelly has worked on every Shaun the Sheep stop motion project produced at Aardman, which includes 3 series’, 2 feature films and 2 half hour specials. Kelly lives in Penarth and is a member of BAFTA Cymru.

About Richard Beek
Richard / Beeky joined Aardman in 1999 on a 4-week work experience placement on Chicken Run, from this opportunity he has worked his way up through the Production Department to his current position of Senior Producer. Over the last 21 years his work has been focused mainly on Features and longer form projects and he has been involved in many of Aardman most loved creations: Creature Comforts, Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit, The Pirates:! In an Adventure with Scientists, Early Man and of course Shaun the Sheep – including the upcoming special Shaun the Sheep: The Flight Before Christmas - Richard’s first sole Producer credit.
