A lavish version of the 1957 musical by one of the greatest American film directors of all time, Steven Spielberg, and adapted by one of the greatest living playwrights Tony Krushner. West Side Story explores forbidden love and the rivalry between the Jets and the Sharks, two teenage street gangs of different ethnic backgrounds.
