Open to all abilities and all bodies, in these yoga classes we will use a combination of stretches, breathwork and yoga poses to find some inner calm, so that we can go out into the world kinder and stronger.

Yoga has so many benefits for both your body and your brain; to name a few it can reduce anxiety and inflammation, as well as help to improve strength and balance.

Carve out some time for yourself in the run-up to Christmas. Bring a mat and some water and come as you are!
