Stone the Crows

Stone the Crows

Mon 28 March - Fri 1 April 2022

Winterlight in association with Company of Sirens present the stage premier of Stone the Crows by writer Tim Rhys.

“I got an altar. I call it Walter the Altar…
Together, we watch the dead come creeping out, one by one, till the whole
sky is full of them, gazing down at us, cold as ice.”

When nature meets commerce which prevails. This powerful play from the writer of Touch Blue Touch Yellow is an eco parable for our times, and much more.

Powerful and uncompromising, Stone the Crows has recently been produced as the film Crow starring Terence Stamp.

Directed by Chris Durnall from Company of Sirens, featuring Boo Golding and Oliver Morgan Thomas, and with specially composed live music from Eren Anderson.

"It's Breathtaking...Stone the Crows is a masterpiece of gorgeous brutality and the culmination of everything Company of Sirens has worked to achieve"  ★★★★★ Barbara Hughes, Get the Chance

“A great cautionary tale of man’s need to respect nature and its beautiful history.” (Hollywood
News, on ‘Crow’)

“An unusual chiller” (Horror Talk)
