Teenager Abila learns that his foolish father has gambled away his soul, which is now in possession of the witch Nyawawa. Abila confronts the sorceress, who is impressed by the boy's courage and she promises to return the soul if the boy can complete seven arduous tasks in 24 hours. Along with his girlfriend Shiku, Abila races through Nairobi hoping to cure his father as the clock ticks down.
