Young Persons Film Academy 2019
Aimed at 9 - 12 year olds across 4 Saturdays in Feb and March, each week participants will experience an interactive lecture relating to a particular aspect of the filmmaking process, which will then be supported by an introduced screening of a feature film.
The idea behind the academy is to give young people the confidence to talk about film in a critical way, consider more broader choices when choosing films to watch, and to learn the basic vocabulary of film language.
Spaces limited – please book early to avoid disappointment.
