Films at Chapter 8 – 14 August

Welcome to our new season, Complicit, celebrating the films of Austrian filmmaker Michael Haneke!

This week you can watch the powerful and provocative film Benny’s Video, the confronting dark comedy Funny Games and the clear-eyed examination of racism in Europe in Code Unknown.

We’re excited to be screening the beautiful stop motion animation Savages as our family film on Friday 8 August at 1.20pm and Wednesday 13 August at 1pm. Dubbed and French language (with subtitles) screenings are showing throughout the week.
