Terms and Conditions
Gift Memberships/ Vouchers are only valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Gift Memberships/ Vouchers can only be used in a single transaction; they can’t be exchanged for cash and have no cash value. No change or refund will be given. Vouchers may be used for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference. Vouchers can be used at our Box Office for the purchase of tickets or in the Caffi Bar for food and drink. Vouchers can’t be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen. Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation. We reserve the right to refuse vouchers that are damaged or look as if they’ve been tampered with or duplicated. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Chapter is final. Chapter reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.
