Ewan is Chief Executive of Platfform for Change a mental health and social change charity that works across Wales and England.
He’s worked in the voluntary sector in Wales since moving to a Cardiff in 1989.

Naomi is an experienced governance and scrutiny professional.
She’s worked as a parliamentary clerk at the Senedd (Welsh Parliament) for over 16 years, supporting a wide range of different parliamentary committees.
Most recently, she has been the Clerk to the Children, Young People and Education Committee.
Previously, she led the Governance Team at Stockport Homes. With a degree in Drama from the University of Aberystwyth, she has a long-standing passion for and interest in the arts.

Alia is a strategic communications leader with 25 years of experience working across the technology and media sectors.
A graduate of the Courtauld Institute of Art with a degree in History of Art, and a Postgraduate of the Cardiff School of Journalism, Media and Culture, she brings a combination of arts literacy and commercial communications expertise.
Throughout her career, she’s led high-impact reputation and public affairs campaigns, helping organisations navigate complex policy environments and build meaningful connections with communities and policymakers. She has extensive experience guiding the digital transformation of organisations and communicating the societal value of technology to diverse audiences.
Of Pakistani heritage, Alia is a passionate advocate for making the arts accessible and inclusive for all. She’s equally committed to bringing global arts to Wales and nurturing community-driven arts practice across its diverse cultural landscape.

Dela is a producer and artist from Cardiff.
Her practice draws on printmaking and painting to explore themes of memory, nostalgia and heritage. Her work has been acquired by the National Library of Wales.
Dela works in the charity sector as a producer with arts organisations and in communications roles for global development organisations. Her projects have ranged from participatory filmmaking with young people to designing advocacy campaigns to influence policy.
Dela currently works for Sightsavers as a Stories Producer, collaborating with photographers and filmmakers to capture the experiences of people involved in the global fight for disability rights.
She’s passionate about making art accessible to all.

Howl is a collaborative practitioner, artist and community project coordinator.
They work in connecting queer communities through exploring nature and spaces across Cardiff – with focus on wellbeing, access, dialogue and reimagining site-specific histories. Their collaborative practice is guided by person-centred, interdisciplinary and responsive methods in art, organising and policy making.
They are the founder of LGBTQIA+ project Garddio and a director of Lone Worlds CIC.

Jane is an independent curator and producer based in Bristol.
She was formerly Curator: Public Programmes at Whitechapel Gallery (2017-2024), responsible for public events including talks, symposiums and performance, the Writer in Residence programme and the Hear, Now podcast series.
Previously she held the role of Residency and Programmes Manager at Delfina Foundation, where she was responsible for London-based residencies and public programming with international emerging and mid-career artists.

Laura is the Head of Communications at the Senedd (Welsh Parliament) overseeing all external communications, including news, social media, website and branding.
She’s spent her career in public sector communications, including roles in Welsh Government press office working across various government portfolios, including managing the media for the First Minister and establishing its corporate social media team.

Lauren is the founder of two Cardiff-based arts organisations: Picl Animation, a commercial production company creating award-winning animation for broadcast, film and cross-artform projects; and Cardiff Animation Festival, a social enterprise she has led through its growth from grassroots screenings into a thriving international festival and year-round programme.
Alongside her organisational leadership and creative practice, Lauren contributes to the wider film and animation sector as co-lead of WIA UK, supporting gender equity in animation, and through advisory roles and jury work for organisations including BAFTA and the International Emmy Awards.
Lauren brings a strong commitment to inclusion, alongside experience in programming, audience development, community engagement, fundraising and developing commercial and strategic partnerships. -

Stephen is a solicitor with Capital Law and a member of their Executive Team, delivering the firm’s strategy and day-to-day development of the business. He also leads delivery of their Social Value and Sustainability Strategy.
He assists our board to navigate various legal issues that can arise as part of our day-to-day operations.
