Chapter’s August Highlights
- Published:
Have you seen the Feeding Chair in our caffi bar yet? It’s a collaborative artwork that invites parents and carers to feed their babies and young children in public venues. To celebrate World Breastfeeding Week, we’re hosting a free screening of the short film Milk Report on Wednesday 6 August, 11am.
The artists behind our latest exhibition Jenő Davies and Iolo Walker: Meadowsweet Palisade have worked to create a season of films alongside the works in our gallery. The films explore societal issues such as capitalism, community, resistance and ecology. Next up is Complicit Haneke.
We’re screening £5 family films on Wednesdays and Fridays throughout the summer holidays.
Ex-Easter Island Head hit our stage for the final gig of the summer, with support from Cardiff’s very own Beauty Parlour for an evening of hypnotic performances and shimmering drones. £6 early bird tickets available until 8 August.
