Films at Chapter 18 – 24 July

We have the legendary Susan Seidelman gracing our cinema this week for a one-off screening plus Q&A of Desperately Seeking Susan on Friday 18 July, 6pm.

Evolution of Horror join us for a special screening and discussion of Fire Walk With Me on Sunday 20 July, 4pm. Mike Muncer joins to talk about the legacy of the episode within the horror canon.

It’s the first week of the summer holidays and we’re hosting two family screenings a week. This week’s film is the latest Superman! Don’t forget to pick up a free packed lunch for children under 18 in our caffi bar, Monday-Friday.

We’re screening a season of films that explore social issues such as capitalism, community, resistance, ecology and queerness alongside our latest exhibition Meadowsweet Palisade by Jenő Davies and Iolo Walker. Kicking off with Bacarau on 19 & 24 July.
