Films at Chapter 8 – 14 May

This week on our screens, characters are rethinking who they are and who they might become.  

In Wild Foxes, a young boxer questions his future, while Mother Mary brings a pop star face to face with her past, and The Sheep Detectives finds a flock stepping up to solve a mystery of their own. 

We’re also turning up the volume as Doc’n Roll Film Festival returns, celebrating music documentaries the way they’re meant to be experienced: loud and on the big screen. The festival kicks off with How Tanita Tikaram Became A Liar, a raw and personal portrait of the iconic musician, followed by a special Q&A with Tanita herself and director Natasca Horn.
