As our experience in lockdown demonstrated, humans have a basic need to get out of the house and be in nature. This fascinating documentary interrogates the connections between land, power and our sense of belonging following the Right to Roam movement in England and Wales. Giving voice to different perspectives on the issue, from those fighting for greater access to the countryside and the landowners who claim to be stewards of the land, this is a film that blends history with an eye on the future.

+ Post-screening recorded Q&A with the director Orban Wallace, landowners Francis Fulford and Hugh Lillingston, and Right to Roam campaigners Nadia Shaikh and Guy Shrubsole on 2, 3 & 4 June, 7pm.
