
An update on our ticketing system

We’ve been working hard to improve your online booking experience.
We’ve recently moved our ticketing system to Ticketsolve. Read on to learn more about what this means:
Moving systems
From 10pm on 1 June we’ll be migrating data to Ticketsolve.
Your account information will be transferred, this includes your postal address, email address and booking history. See below for more information about memberships.
To adhere to GDPR, your password and payment details will not be transferred.
Once the new system is 'live'
If you have an account with us, you’ll need to reset your password via the 'Reset Password' link.
Each time you make an order, you’ll need to add your payment details.
Rest assured, your data remains fully encrypted and secure.
Chapter Friends
If you pay monthly, your benefits will be active for the remaining month. Unfortunately, we’re temporarily unable to offer a monthly subscription with our new ticketing system. You’ll receive a renewal email after 2 June to sign up for the annual scheme.
If you pay annually, your Chapter Friends status and benefits will be migrated and ready to use.
Chapter Clwb
Your annual Chapter Clwb status and benefits will be migrated and ready to use.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers will be migrated and ready to use.
You can insert your gift voucher code at the checkout.
We won’t be able to reissue gift vouchers.
Account credit
Account credit will be migrated and ready to use.
You can insert your account credit code at the checkout.
