Following their recently released self-titled debut album back in October, Muriel return for their second headline show in Cardiff.

Muriel began as the recording project of local Cardiff artist Zak Thomas. Over time Zak has been joined by a cast of friends and musicians including Rachel Crabbe, Andy Oliveri, Will Davies, Jamie Joiner, Tom Bromley, Holly Carpenter and Xavier Boucherat.

Muriel’s warm emotive soundscapes are packed with pathos, incorporating classical and electric guitar driven arrangements with layered vocals and introspective lyricism touching on themes of grief, healing and spiritual curiosity.

This special performance will be accompanied by a film by Cardiff based photographer and filmmaker Jake Rowles.
